Hello everyone
Hope this is not redundant
RE: "Feedback on tools/apps" from -> videohelp 's Bitrate Calculator
RE: "bitrate calculator"
I had a few questions, I hope to get a few responsestoo.
First, I did not see any links to discuss the apps posted on these pages (as in
the above) - so for instance, if I had a question on a particular tool that I
was just looking at in the tools section, and I wanted to ask a question on
it, and rather than creating a NEW TOPIC on the tool (ie, bitrate calculator)
if there were a Topic devoted to each tool ( assuming from those that created
the tool are "registered" here as a "user" ) we could go directly to that
link in that same page, and post our question.
If this is not already a feature, is it possible to add such, (or start practicing
this) with every tool (or new tool) that comes out from this point on ??
Maybe call it, Discuss this tool < HERE > - - somewhere's in the latest
version area or some place easy to spot
-->and
And, my other question, regarding bitrate calulator..
At the bottom, where the field is: Calculated bitrate: [6548 ] kbit/s (in green color)
* what or where is *that* number suppose to get plugged into ??
.. Is this for 2pass encodes, where you need the *AVEAGE* and the [6548 ] is the average
.. you use ??
.
.. Then, my Part 2 question would be, "How do you obtain this AVERAGE BITRATE from ??"
* and, the other field, DVD Max Bitrate: [9570 ] kbit/s ..is for CBR Encodes ??
Thank you for your assistance.
