  1. I've downloaded concert DVDs that give me several files, I'll list them if that helps, that play on my PC like a DVD in Win Media Player no problem. My question is if/when I get a DVD burner how would I burn that to a DVD, would it just be a copy or something? The entire file list is 3.16GB. The concert came in two parts disc 1 and 2. The other is about 2 GB. Couldn't that all fit on one disc? Could I combine the files? I guess I'm not sure how much stuff can go on one DVD? Here's the file list:

    VIDEO_TS.BUP
    VIDEO_TS.IFO
    VIDEO_TS.VOB
    VTS_01_0.BUP
    VTS_01_0.IFO
    VTS_01_1.VOB over 1G
    VTS_01_2.VOB over 1G
    VTS_01_3.VOB over 1G
    VTS_01_4.VOB
    VTS_02_0.BUP
    VTS_02_0.IFO
    VTS_02_1.VOB

Could anyone also explain what these files signify?

    Thank you,

It's a bit more involved than simply combining the files all on one disc. You'll need to re-author a whole new title set.

If you downloaded those files as part of one concert DVD, you can simply put them all in a folder called VIDEO_TS and burn that folder to a DVD.

If however, those files were part of DIFFERENT concert DVD's, then you will need to do something called re-authoring which is a bit more difficult (not impossible, just a little more learning).

    Concerts?
    .

Yep. There are a couple of web sites that allow you to download live audio and video concerts either shot by an audience member with a cam, or pro shot videos taken from TV broadcasts, or in house cameramen who shoot the concert for the large screens seen in large stadium venues. There's some great stuff out there. The best IMO are the German Rockpalast TV broadcasts.
