    I dont use xbox live however I transfer files back and forth and I average about 300-500Kilobytes/sec on my wet11 from my xbox to my computer with similar speeds going the opposite way

    If you have a 3megabit connection the max speed would be about 366 Kilobytes/sec so I wouldnt think that you wouldnt really have lag issues
    I would say give it a shot if it doesnt work out well keep the receipt and take it back but I love mine
