  1. Open your AVI with VirtualDub and select Save WAV, now you will have two files, your original
    DivX and a WAV file

    In TMPGEnc, open your DivX as the Video Input, and open the WAV as the Audio Input, select
    a VideoCD or SuperVCD Template that matches the fps of the DivX file, and encode.
