Newbie question.
I've downloaded an AVI file and a SRT file. How do I display the subtitle in WMP?
Thanks!

Use the guides at left. There are several that show you how to add subtitles.
Hello. -
install vobsub or vsfilter. name the sub file the same as the video but with the .srt extension, like video.avi and video.srt. done.
https://www.videohelp.com/play#subs
and please try post in correct forum. this is not a guide. moving you. -
Where can I find documentation for vobsub?
It seems that there are 2 subtitles. One shown by WMP at the bottom with plain text (letterbox), on overlaid on the video. The letterbox one can be be turned off by WMP Play option. The overlay one is always on.
What is the proper setup?
Thanks!
