mmc 7.2 divx

Just wanted to see if anybody else , had looked into making the divx adjustable, im working at it now I think its jsut registry stuff at this point.

MMC doesnt seem to drop frames to bad in divx capture, but the fils are awfully , does anybody know what the default bitrate is that mc records, or does it just use the last setting that was used in the divx codec

Well its easy to adjust divx settings for divx capture at least with mm 7.2 and divx 4.11

just open virtual dub (not the capture part)

adjust the compression settings for divx 4.11 to how you would want them in mmc
do all the ok's
close virtual dub

now capture with mmc and those settings that you had in v dub are used in mmc.

I I could do any coding Id make a reg patch to adjust divcx settings but this will work

The only reason I bring this up is once I capture in vdub i have to reboot in order to run mmc afterwards I have to reboot.

I like to grab a quick bit of video while Im watching tv in mmc.
