what program would make this possible. i have a computer with a tv tuner in it... how can i share this video with others on a network.. i dont really care if they can change the channel just be able to view the channel i am..

alright so i got it up and running... but i want to be able to change channels... what program can do this.. i dont want to have to do some remote desktop thing to change it either
