I use a plextor m402-u for conversion directly to mpeg-2, which is great. HOWEVER, it only creates NON-INTERLACED MPEG files.
I would like to use Studio to make my disks and Studio gives me an error when I open my captured MPEG that "NON-INTERLACED video is not supported". Apparently you can only edit interlaced video.
So I would like to get a program to convert non-interlaced mpeg files to interlaced. Any suggestions ?
Also - I have heardd the studio 9 can only handle up to 2 hour mpegs. is this true? I have tried all the other packages, except for NEO DVD which may be what I need. If I can't do the conversion and use Pinnacle studio 9, then I just need a good, fast program to add chapters (nice ones!) and re-encode.
