rar file help

Ok this has been killing me for days im not sure what im doing wrong. I have a series of files (home.movie.r29, hom.movie.r30) etc. Ok now two of them are incomplete and i need to fix them. I downloaded macpar to try and fix these from here it all goes downhill i downloaded what seems to be par 2 files to fix them. I dont know how to recover or fix these files in order to get the rar file to put them together to make a iso file. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

There is a ‘MacPAR X’ and a ‘MacPAR deLuxe’. You need the latter for .par2 files. Then double-click the par2 file and the program will check, rename and repair as needed.

great that worked excellent thank you very much it turned out i had a older version of it and thats why it wouldnt work.
