With you logic, I should be able to go to another state and beat the s**t out of someone and not get in trouble. It's a whole different state.

Let's follow that logic ...

I believe if I kick someone's ass in another state, unless it's a federal offense, it is between the state whhere the offense ocurred and me -- not my home state. The worse they could do is exradite me to the state where the offense occured, but my home state cannot charge me with something that happened elsewhere.

So let's get some clarification ...

Mackemx -- would you honor an extradition request from Baldrick if he was offended by content I posted on your site ????
