  1. Have a Plextor708A in a P4 machine and use it to burn from edited video.
Get a lot of requests for "dupes". I don't feel the burning (snicker) need for a dual layer but speeding things up a bit would be nice so I don't tie my darned machine up so long.

Recs for another burner and "small" duplicator........

    Tanks!

  5. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea. I'm just too new to this. The white surface (printable) goes down to an area about the size of a $0.50 piece that is clear in the center. They only say 8x Fujifilm DVD-R and they appear to be made in Taiwan.

i have used Nero Ultra V. 6, have the firmware updates for the Plextor. Have also used Roxio Easy CD/DVD creator (the toaster that came with the Plextor 708A) and Encore. NONE has come out.

    100% coasters. ........

Samsung cheapie 4x +Rs have all burned to the stisfaction of the clients's various DVD players. I sure the heck don't want coasters that I then duplicate!

    All replies appreciated,

    Hods (me)

  6. Oh, and I never asked for burning above "best quality" which usually translated to 1X
