Drag down The sub from a DVD

Hi, just wondering If it is any posibility to drag down the subtitle from a dvdmovie..
The reason I want to do this is because I want to take down a sub, then translate it to my own language, and if I use a sub thats on a dvd I get it synced perfectly.. The subs you download from inet arent always synced..

Subrip can get the subtitles off of the disc for you.
