  1. just done a DVD with SVCD2DVD, and let it do its stuff, burned it and put it in my dvd player...... was fine and had no problems, played it on a friends dvd player and it was only showing half screen ? any ideas why this is ? i aint got a clue why

    What was his player? A pioneer?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

  3. nope, the dvd player he has is not pioneer, it is Toshiba :-\ ?? could it be the way i done the dvd or sumthing ? or wouldnt that matter ?

    Maybe something with the output settngs.

    In the DVD player setup menu you can usually pick from three aspect ratio type( sometimes only two) either 4:3 pan&scan, 4:3 letterbox or 16:9

    What these settings do exactly varies by make and model.
