  1. I used Sefy's SeVCD template to convert an AVI captured from a TV tuner, to MPG.Later , when I wanted to extract only the audio part from the clip I found that the stream type radio buttons were disabled in tmpegenc. I am using Windows 2000. Please help.

  2. Click LOAD in Tmpeg. Make sure you are in the Templates directory. Browse into the EXTRA directory. Choose the file called unlock.mcf
    Your settings will be available.

  4. Thanx,

Sefy, actually there was a sync problem in the clip. So, I dont remember how, I extracted the wav from the mpeg and edited it in sound forge. Then, I tried to multiplex this wav file with the .m1v file using tmpgenc but I learnt that I had to convert the wav to mp2 first. So, I wanted to load the wav into tmpgenc and convert it to mp2. It was then, that I found that the audio only setting was disabled and wrote here for help. Was I following the right track or is there a better way to do this ?

  5. You could use Xing or Panasonic instead of TMPGEnc to multiplex
the M1V with the WAV file.

  6. Thanx, but Xing and Panasonic both are not freewares and their demo versions wont encode a full length movie.
