I have a mpeg4 camera and the quality of the video is not good I want to convert the mpeg4 file to dvd/svcd/vcd quality , It's possible ?

You can convert the file to any format that you want...however, the conversion will not increase the quality and changing the screen size won't make it look any better.

I didn't know they made mpeg4 cameras whats the model number I would like to look it up and read the manual. Maybe the camera has quality settings.

Yeah Krispy Kritter is right no way to make a digital video file have better quatily once you have it.

But for future video you shoot different settings on your camera might help.
