    Im trying to fit about 10 clips on a disc. I set the disc capacity to 4000mb, but after conversion the files come to 4900mb.

    I have since done them idividually but it was a pain, and I have more of these projects to do. Any ideas?

    You can use dvdshrink to reduce the size.

    Or the best method, use a standalone mpeg encoder.
