I have a Xvid source movie (23.98fps, NTSC film) and using the latest ffmpeg 0.0.9r and the preset DVD ffmpeg the movie always comes out with a frame rate of 29.97fps instead of 23.98 that it was set at under the video tab. The output info under the ffmpeg prgress window also says that it is converting to 29.97fps NTSC. Is there a bug with this version, I haven't found this problem before?
