Vob conversion help

i downloaded some vob files to go on a dvd,but dont know what to do with them.
i tried nero/tnpng and they wont accept them.so does any one know what i do with these

You need to get the missing files, or create them. There are a couple of ways of doing this. IFOEdit can be used to create the missing IFO files. Tmpgenc DVD Author or DVD Lab can be used to re-author by loading in the vobs and creating new menus.

can the source not also provide the necessary ifo and or bup files?
