    Hi!
    Do you guys know about some small utility where I can convert MP3 to WAV and also change frequency from 41000 to 48000khz so I can use it in DVD Lab??
    Or maybe MP3 to AC3??

    Goldwave or any half decent audio editor will change the format and the frequency. Converting to AC3 is a little trickier. Did you search the tools for MP3-AC3 conversions ? It wont take you long.

    ffmpeggui or the tmpgenc dvd author ac3 plugin...i think it works with dvd-lab, check at dvd-labs forums.
