Is there any programs out there that will convert a divx fill right to a dvd video_ts folder with the .vob files and etc, with out having to convert it to a mpeg2 file first and then using all different programs...?
Thanx,
Vin

Toast can do this I think... I have the DivX QuickTime plug-in installed.... got it from Divx.com... now I can drag/drop my divx files into Toast and it creates a DVD-Video disc for me no problem.
I can save as disc image to avoid burning the disc and then copy the video_TS folder off of the disc. -
toast will be the easiest with drag and drop
if you are "sauvy" you can use ffmpegx and have it author the video_ts but again, you have to know how to use that app and it can be a little disheartning for those who are not familiar with teh app
the method i have on my website, which it seems you are referring to, its quite easy and gives you ability to make your own menus
but toast will work easily
