I just downloaded this movie (370 Mb, 1h 30min). Video rate is 479 kb/s
Problem is that video is kinda jerky and not smoot at all
Any way to fix this?

Hi, you may or may not be talking about WAREZ.
Please read the rules and AUP before posting if you have
not already done so. They can be viewed by clicking [HERE]
You can purchase the original DVD at the following link

For a file size that small, the framerate is probably really low, like 15 fps or something. Nothing can fix that.

OK, you have a PAL clip (you can tell by the fact that it's 25fps). It looks to me as if everything is using the XVID codec to open this file - you might want to try getting the DivX 4.12 codec from the tools section and install that.
The other question is - is it just on playback ?
Have you tried loading it into virtualdub, setting video and audio to direct stream copy and saving out to a new AVI ?
Checked for bad frames ?
Tried any of the tools in the Video Repair/Fix bracket in the tools section ?
What do you want to do with the file (Convert to VCD, leave as AVI on computer, etc etc) ?If in doubt, Google it. -
let me try virtual dub
I would like that on NTSC DVD
i use tmpeg plus to encode my dvds -
once I set it for direct stream copy which option in file menu do I chose?
it mentions couple save as avi's -
this file is capped from tv
I can prove it. how is this piracy?

Do NOT ask for warez.
Do NOT provide information how to obtain warez.
Do NOT advocate warez.
Warez includes downloaded copyrighted movies, movies that are not yet released on VHS/DVD and copying rented movies.
Please quit whining about it.
Those who are smart enough don't mention where they got a file from, and black out what would be incriminating evidence, such as filenames in GSpot pics, etc etc. If there's no distinct proof that it is warez, it is left here for all to see and provide help with, because no-one can prove it is warez.
The rest (such as you) get carded for flagrantly obvious violations of the forum rules, such as saying you downloaded it, and leaving the filename there for anyone to do a google search on. These are Baldrick's rules, and are in place to prevent the whole website from attracting any "attention" from any anti-piracy organisations.
So either conform to the rules, or take your warez elsewhere, because I don't want to see this site disappear as a result of your ignorance for the rules. What does my name mean ?
