    Source:
AFAIK, a MiniDV recorded onto a Panasonic Settop..Chapter point at every minute.
    Over 70 chapter points..
    DVD-r disk.

    Ironies:
    Playback freezes beyond 60+ chapters..
Cannot rip, whether IFO, FIle mode, or ISO read for that matter..

    Problems:
Constant I/O error messages, therefore i can't reauthour..

Am i screwed, or is there another way to Demux the guts??

Sounds like it's pretty screwed. How does the surface look (scratches, fingerprints etc) ?

    You could try

    ISO Buster
dvdXrescue from the now defunct 321 studios
anydvd and a straight file copy

Good idea, when i get time, i'll try out ISO buster.
I figured if DVDDecrypter couldn't do it, then nobody can..

How does the surface look (scratches, fingerprints etc) ?
It's a virgin disk that's in mint condition..
Seems like the Post Production process used Pinnacle for editing, and a Panasonic settop for recording the playback..
All three discs produce similair results..

It's frustrating knowing that any Disnee movie can be backed up, but a wedding video cant.

    Update:
After finding out potential bad chapter points (usually the last two), i went into IFO mode, and decrypted the disk. Everytime an error message popped up, i unchecked the Cell (chapter) that was giving me problems. I therefore reripped several times.

Everything was ripping fine, but started to realize that the Problem cells weren't sequential anymore..

That was the end of that...

I noticed, two cell numbers for every chapter.
    Any thoughts??
