Superbit (Super...Scam?)

I recieved the superbit DVD of Underworld over the holidays. I decided to sit down and view the superbit, the regular version and a backup (single layer)of the regular version.

Now, I'm a real stickler for PQ. Any little thing will send me off when it comes to picture quality.

Viewing each disk on my 43" WS HDTV, I was hard pressed to find any noticable difference even between the backup and the superbit.

Bit for bit there may be a differnce but my eyes aren't seeing it.

I didn't rip the Superbit so I'm not sure. It's DL and only contains the movie, DTS, 5.1 and 3 sub's.

I'd say it's about 7.5+ gig's... more like 8.

They have a few versions but not with the superbit. That is a good site for comparissions.
