I've got a Dazzle Digital Video Creator USB. I capture from two different sources, a standard analog video camcorder and a VCR. Whenever I capture live video off the camcorder (have the camcorder in "cam" mode as opposed to "play" mode), I have no problem. Works like a charm. But if I want to capture recorded source, whether it be from a tape off the vcr or something recorded on the camcorder, the capture is jerky, seems like it's dropping frames, and sometimes flashes bright colors. I do absolutly nothing to the computer, just switch the cam over to play mode, or use the vcr to play a tape, and I get this problem. But like I said, capturing video live from the camcorder works great.
...I've got a 1200 mhz t-bird, 256 PC-133 RAM, 40 GB 7200 ATA 100 HDD, ATI Radeon 64 MB, SB Live 5.1 Platinum...
Any suggestions?

DrDoak:
The Dazzle software has different source settings such as Camcorder, VCR, etc. Try changing these even to settings that don't match what you're doing. The different versions of Dazzle software all have a collection of quirks.
