  1. What are the best settings for a great looking vcd using tmpg. i aso have panasonic encoder. Any help with both or one will help. thanx

    Have you thought of xvcd? Its the same as vcd but with a higher bitrate and you'll be able to max your cd. Higher bitrate means better quality. The best setting I use is the template that was provided with TMPGEnc. Also, what's your source (DVD, VHS, etc.). Remember, the quality of your product depends on the source. If your source is a dvd-rip, then you'll probably have a pretty great quality but if your source is old VHS, then your product could only be close or possibly little better than your source.   3. Go to tools on the left and download TlbrO Video CD template and unzip it to your template folder in tmpge. it works great for making vcds.
