Mouse cursors vector images

I want some vector images of mouse cursors that I can use in flash, is it possible to save the *.ini or *.cur files found in the cursors folder in windows to vector images. Or does anyone have any links to vector images of cursors. I am after the standard arrow and hand cursor.

Me too..... Supposed to be a vector image. Never really messed with thatfile format. Why not just make them.
