    I'm following the vcdhelp guide (http://www.vcdhelp.com/premiereavisynth.htm)
    to frameserve from Premiere into TMPGenc, once I start the frameserve in Premiere, I open tmpgenc, but upon choosing the avs file, I keep receiving an error saying "Unable to connect to IPC: frameserve down ??" twice, then the video displays "Ipc source, unable to connect to server (c:\part0.avs, line 1)

    Am I missing a step that's not included in the guide? I've followed it to a T.
