I vote that we establish an executive committee who
can oversee the issues and elect, by secret ballot, an
inquiry group who then can examine the issues setout
by the committee and report back. The final decison
to be made by a board, elected from all the representatives , who then can draw up a proposal
to place back before the executive committee. Or not. Up to you really -

"Welcome to the VideoHelp tour.
The duration of this presentation is only a couple of minutes. During that time you will be introduced to the main areas of the site that will be of most use to you."
The statement sets their expectations (in terms of duration), and also (hopefully) gets their interest hooked so that they're more likely to continue.
My line of work is software testing, and I'm regularly testing websites. Common feedback is that things take too long, but people will venture further if:
A) They know how long it will take, especially if it's a short time.
B) They know they'll get something out of it.
I know it'll take re-work, but I think it'll be worth it if more people are more inclined to view it.
The above aside, like I said, awesome job.
Daamon.
P.S. I'm always willing to beta-test anything like this, or any software. Just email / PM me. For references, see jimmalenko...There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

What Daamon said. Same goes with surveys and
questionnaires. You have to state a time or number of
pages.. etc. -
like those phone survey people that call up and say they have a 2 minute survey and it stretchs into 10 minutes ...
sometimes i answer them and give such stupid responses - prob. wrecks the survey ..."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -

I don't think baldrick has gotten the last version yet. I'm sure it's not the finished version he's linked to in this thread.
-
No I clicked on the link that Baldrick posted.
