    In the new version (rc1) if I select AC3 audio when converting an Avi with 5.1 AC3 audio, will the 5.1 AC3 be retained or will it be re-encoded to 2.0 AC3?

    I believe it will leave the audio untouched. I have never had a sample to test that however. Can you try & let me know?

    Tested, and works 100%, perfect 5.1 audio. Will today try and encode SVCD resolution with 5.1 too and see if that is possible.
