Filmmachine, 2 AVI's --> DVD with wrong sequence

My problem is this:

I am trying to convert two avi-files (together one movie) with .srt-files into one DVD.

I am using Filmmachine 1.4 for this link to Filmmachine.

But for some reason Filmmachine always starts converting the second file first and the result is a mixed up sequence.

I have tried changing the list-sqeuence at the start of the program. I have tried "permanent" and "selectable" subtitles. But nothing helps.

Does anybody know the answer to this question?

Nobody using filmmachine or having the same problems?
