Sounds like a software issue. Have you tried checking their website for updates?

  3. What have you set up as the temp, and compile folders?
Are you using NTFS or FAT32?

  4. I've had the same error messge. But I've also had strange crashes with DVD Lab which is kinda of annoying esp after ponying up the $.
I've been assuming it's a ram memory related issue since a reboot solves the problem.
Is your's a recurring problem or can you continue using DVD Lab after reboot ?

  5. In the working window, close all the menus and stuff you're finished with. This frees up all the memory needed for them.
