    well guys,
    i d/led the rm converter from boilsoft's site.
    well in that u can convert with 2 decoders namely boilsoft's decoder and real media plugin.the conversion with boilsoft's decoder,the audio isn't in sync. with video.so could ua tell me a way 2 fix it or could u give me a link 2 d/l the real media plugin

    Try extracting and converting the audio and video seperately, then remux them back together.

    I purchased Boilsoft's crappy product as well, my condolences to you.
    this program does not work!
    I had the exact problem that you are having, their "support" section told me, in very bad Engrish, to "use VirtualDub, that's what it's for".
