I am a newb first of all so forgive me if this is a really dumb problem. So, i have this OGM i was trying to encode to work on my DVD player, and i converted all the files, and i think i have every base covered. So i load it up in TMPgenc DVD author and i get an error! Its says that i cannot use 23 FPS on an NTSC compliant DVD player and must convert them to 29 FPS. I know that changing the famerate of a video will throw it out of sync with the audio. so is there any way to get a 23 FPS video onto a DVD without losing audio syncing? thank you in advance.

Use pulldown.exe with gui,it will apply the 3:2 pulldown flag without re-encoding so tda will accept it as 29.97 fps.The audio will stay in sync.
I think,therefore i am a hamster.
