Every time I multiplex with tmpgenc (I dont use bbmpeg, cause it jumps out every time I try to get the audio and video files), the sound comes about 1,5 sec after the video, even if the files alone seems right.
I use Vdub to split out the audio and video from eachother, and the I encode the wave file with tmpgenc, and the video with CCE 2.50.
Yes, I know there is a guide for this, but why does it happens every time?

I assume ur converting a avi/divx.
bbmpeg has the option to delay the audio.
or try using lame as an external tool in tmpgenc to create mp2(44.1hz by 128/224kb).
Are u frameserving to cce??
I have no sync problems, but the vcd is fair. -
nope, I'm not frameserving, I use only CCE. And I dont need the audio delay option in BBMPEG, the audio is allready the slow part.
