The ffmpegx progress window has an issue in that whenever you change the size of the window the status bars in the window chance in the opposite direction... example: when I lengthen the window the bars lengthen to the right until they are off screen and you end up not being able to scroll to the end of the bars so you loose control over the processes.

I can second this bug report; it makes it tough when you have more than two encoding processes going on!

An issue I've seen is that the progress window can't queue more than ~15 to 20 files for encoding at a time. This is more than a cosmetic issue. After the Progress window fills up with files for encoding, at some point clicking on the Encode button causes the little "Thinking..." pinwheel to start, but then the file is not added to the Progress window's queue. If I then begin encoding another file, the previous file will appear in the queue but not the current one.
This goes on, with the Progress queue failing to show the current file, until a certain point at which clicking the Encode button no longer adds anything to the Progress window.
When the queue is long like this, if I scroll to the last file in the queue and then back to the top again, sometimes the top-most files aren't visible anymore, although they continue to encode.
Granted, not many people encode so many files at once. But short of using Terminal mode, this puts a damper on queuing up a large number of files.
