    There is crackling on all the movies on the finished DVD in my DVD player. They are all Mpeg2 movies and the original files do NOT have crackling on them.
    Anyway I can stop this?

    Audio crackle?

    If so, what type of audio are you using?
    AC3/MP2/PCM(WAV) ?
    Bitrate?

    Its ok. I have encoded all the videos again. This time in DVD format, not just mpreg2. and they work great.
