"What's best" is starting to get on my nerves.
I swear 10+ posts per day this month have that in it.

Can we just altogether ban the words "problem" and "help" and "best" from subject lines. Nothing is "best" and it's a Captain Obvious moment when you post and say there is a problem or need help... DUH!!!
Three totally worthless words.

Maybe the word "sucks" could be added too. Another worthless word for a topic.

Now that ALL CAPS has been fixed, this is the next logical course.

I saw that what's best thread too and it is irritating.
What if mods were to change policy on that? Whenever you see a what's best thread, immediately lock the thread and issue instructions to create this topic in the polls section instead? You could also move it (but then the section wouldn't look pretty). It doesn't have to be a rule exactly, just policy.

I think the word help should be autochanged in thread topics to .

If you remove SUCKS then wouldn't that just encourage people to use SUX and other 'net slang/shorthand instead?


Instead of "I need help" subjects...it would be "I need H-E-L-P"

I had 3 windows open, by mistake, usually like 2, but links kept opening windows and b4 I knew I was told to go fu<k myself. Well, not in those exact terms, but in the exact terms mentioned above. So, I don't know how you had 10 open at once.

I often have several tabs open at once, with no problems.

@hatchetman, no I meant I sometimes have 10 windows of Videohelp open. I'm busy writing replies (maybe linking to other threads etc) and then another email notification pops up. I then start prioritising the replies . I also get replies from other forums. I am just a plain PW and not a OTPW here. I wonder what my overall posts per day would be if I could add them all up (yet another poll I'd be interested to see).

this is on top of all the other windows I have open also. My taskbar is permanently 3 lines deep so I can fit all my windows onto it. I would say I average around 10 overall due to multitasking on my PC but I sometimes go 20+ when I'm real busy. I hate the grouping feature before anyone suggests it. I should just use Firefox more and start using tabs or something to get rid of the IE windows. I also had a program that minimized windows to the system tray if they wouldn't normally disappear from the taskbar. System tray Minimizer I think

I would have liked to have seen if anyone else is like me with numerous windows open but I couldn't post a new topic in the polls forum

Maybe adding a whats best / HELP ME area where titles /msg content matching a certain CRY-teria are automaticalled forwarded/dumped into?

Not really up on the techs of running PHP, etc like this site uses, however, I'm sure with some scripts or what not they could be auto forwarded to such 'dump areas' with a lil bit of code.

Kinda like virus scanning for the post...its hits a certain percent and it gets moved auto....just a suggestion but may save you mods some time and grey hairs.
