DVD Decrtypter error message

My computer and DVD Burner was working fine yester, my computer still works fine. This morning I'm trying to burn an iso file with Decrypter and I noticed this error message at the bottom. Nothing has changed on my computer and nothing has changed with my external burner. Can someone please help, here's the error:

Looks like a media problem, have you used these discs before?

My guess is that you have a blank disk in the DVD writer and that you're in ISO read mode perhaps instead of write mode? Source shows a DVD RW and the destination is asking for a filename to store the image....

Do you have a virtual drive installed i,e Daemon tools,looks to me like decrypter is reading from the virtual drive.Have you clicked on the dropdown box as in source drive?i only ask as i have done this before.



This is how mine looks when i have decrypter reading from my generic drive.Mind i dont get the same error.Maybe not the problem then!

thanks for the posts guys...It was my drive... it dropped softly earlier in the morining and I payed no attention to it. I called I/O Magic's Tech Support and they were helpless...told me it would take 30 days to get it back if I sent it in to them. So what I did was I dropped it again softly but on the other side...and guess what it works!! LMAO.
