    hey all....what software can i use to re-sync the audio some of my videos..??

    "videos" is a very general term, but if it's digital video, and the desync is constant, you basically have to separate audio from video, add or subtract some part from the audio, then put them together again. What tools to use entirely depends on video format.

    sorry i forgot to mention the files are in mpg format..(music videos)

    Demux with TMPGEnc.
    Load mp2 in GoldWave
    Add a little silence to/chop a little off start of audio (to compensate for "out of sync").
    Save as WAV
    Encode to wav to mp2 with tooLame
    Multiplex back with video again with TMPGEnc.

    It really depends on why your video/audio are out of sync ... But, the method that I use is descibed in this thread
