Noisy Lovemaking No Cause for Eviction
Thu Jan 13, 8:56 AM ET

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Noisy lovemaking is no cause for eviction — so long as it's done in the daytime, a Swedish landlord said Thursday.

The Tunabyggen housing company in Borlaenge, 137 miles northwest of Stockholm, made the decision after the neighbors of one amorous couple complained about their afternoon delights.

But the company, which runs the block of apartments, said lovemaking is part of normal family life and not grounds for eviction.

Indeed, it's the law. Under the Swedish Housing Act, neighbors are not to be disturbed by loud noises — be it music, television or love making in the evening. But that law also guarantees the right of tenants to a normal family life, too.

Tunabyggen's marketing director Lena Lundberg said the complaint about the lovemaking was akin to that of a family with noisy children whose crying could disturb the neighbors.

The complaint, which was filed this week, was thrown out, she added, because the noise wasn't at night.

"It's comparable with babies having colic," she said, adding that a family with a crying baby couldn't be evicted.

I think you're supposed to notice the two dogs humping outside the window...

I don't have dogs. I hate dogs, and kids. Anything that craps in it's pants or on my floor isn't allowed in my house. I have 2 cats.

Ever think that maybe the Scooby kids were just a bunch of rich brats who were living off a trust fund? I mean, where did they get their money? Who paid for gas in the mystery machine? Did Scooby need to be let out every 4-6 hours to "do his business"? For that matter, was Scooby even house broken? Was Daphne into double-anal penetration? Was Velma? These are important questions that were never answered on this show. Whose bright idea was to it add Scrappy as a character?

Also, the kids were sort of ghost experts right? Don't you think it would have struck them as odd that The Three Stooges just showed up considering some of them were dead? Some experts?
How come Batman and Robin didn't seem as overtly homosexual in the Scooby Doo episodes as they did in the 60's TV show?

Ever heard of a doggie door? Solves that problem.

What can I say, it was random, just like the thread title.

  15. I still haven't found the cable, and now I can't find the cam, and even then, I don't have batteries for it, and by now, the two that were "doing it" in the snow outside my window have either finished, or turned into Frosty, so posting a pic is pointless.

I'm still tryin' to figure out how The Brady family got away with holding their maid prisoner all those years...keeping her under the stairs at night and that good for nothing lazy Carol couldn't even do her own grocery shopping that she forced the maid to go with her and carry the bags every time

And how 'bout that room setup - the boys and girls shared the same bathroom and could enter directly from each other's bedrooms...puberty kicking in for the brothers and their step-sisters...with no adult supervision.
Tell me nothing was going on there - now we know why Greg's room was moved up into the attic

And how did Joe Mannix and The Bradys live in the same house during the same time?

So then you think it's OK to step in dog crap every time you go out on your lawn? I keep my lawn fenced in to keep out neighborhood dogs from crapping all over my lawn. They already crap all over the sidewalk and the grassy knoll between the sidewalk and street.

Speaking of The Brady Bunch and money, exactly how does an architect support 6 kids and a wife and nanny? I think Mr or Mrs Brady must have either had a huge inheritance, were dealing drugs, or pimping out the girls.

  23. My dog only goes on the side of the house, I'm always mowing the lawn anyways and have never ever stepped in dog crap. Got a little chihuahua though, not much crap to look out for.

Having a problem with neighbor dogs crapping on your lawn??? Here's a solution:

Pour bacon fat on the turd (leave it on your lawn). The next time the dog comes onto your lawn it will eat the turd. If the owner see this then he's sure to stop the dog from returning to your lawn - if not, the turd is self cleaning...

  25. Dog lovers will be dog lovers... it has nothing to do with crap... there is no convincing a cat lover otherwise.

I grew up with cats, dad hated dogs - also had cats before I got re-married. Currently have two dogs, wife and daughter are alergic to cats (but would like to have a cat or two also).
