    Hello All,

I have couple questions for editing music using the Pinnacle Plus.

    1. Once you add a mp3 to a clips of video, can you remove it later on?

    2. If a video clips have an existing mp3 installed, can you install another mp3 on the top of the exsting mp3?

    3. Can you a portion of the mp3 from a single or multi clips.

    Thanks.

    Hello Canadateck.

Thank you for yoru help. After your reply, I have been try remove the audtio from a clip, but I can not find tools for feature that you can use to removed audio, The way I found so far remove the audio is to delete the clip itself, then add clip back, then audion again. Would you please give me some clues

    Thanks

  4. If you could explain a bit more detail about what you are trying to do I think it might be an easy solution. Based on what I'm guessing, it might just be a matter of "locking" the portion of the clip you want to keep, then highlighting and deleting the part you don't want. In Pinnacle, you lock the clip portion (video, audio, or added music tracks) by clicking on the little lock icon at the end of the timeline - it will turn red after you move your mouse pointer off it. Then delete what you want, go back and unlock.

    tmh,

Thank you for your help. All I'm asking is, if you added audio to a video clips, and you change your mind, how would you remove either a whole song , partial or an audio on a certain clips. Please advise,

    Thank you

  6. Just use the lock feature at the end of the timeline for the part you do NOT want to cut, then highlight (click on) the clip you want to get rid of, right click on it to bring up your edit options, "cut" or "delete".

You can also pick a section of the audio to delete by using "split clip" after you right click to split the clip at the current frame. Then you'd go back and do the other things above. You might have to unlock the video to split the clip - depending on which line the audio is on.

btw, are you talking about audio from the video or songs, etc. added on one of the audio lines in the timeline?
