Does anyone have any tips on how to get the maximum possible quality from a DVD to VCD conversion while also staying within the VCD standard?
What I usually do is that I rip the vobs using DVD Decryter, create a .d2v file and load this along with a .wav of the audio into TMPGenc. I clip the borders on the video and then convert.
I not really a newbie (I'm no expert either, though), so be as complicated as you like in replying.
