Try the latest version of DVD Decryter (2.5.20 or something like that). If that doesn't work...most like a bad disc or a new movie like RE2.

Download and install the newest version of AnyDVD and keep it running while you rip the movie with DVD Shrink. I got the same problem backing up my copy of Resident Evil:Apocalypse and that solved it. If that isn't it, could be scratched or just a bad disc.

Thanks fallenflame. I had the same problem with RE2. I used AnyDvd with DVD Shrink and it worked like a charm. Only problem is, anydvd is not a freeware program. After 30 days it will cost $40 to keep. Any freeware that you know of, that will accomplish the same thing?
