  1. Does anyone know of any VirtualDub filters that allow me to blur an area of my video, preferibly in a oval or circle shape?

I'm trying to remove a logo from my video and the logo removal procedures I've tried all leave a fairly easily visible square block where the logo was.

  3. Region remove filter, by Shaun Faulds works for me.
Put a tick in the Soft Edges Enabled, and adjust pixels accordingly.
I use this filter on everything with a logo/watermark, and although it seems noticable in vdub, once encoded/authored/burned, most people never even notice it on the TV.

  4. I found this filter called LogoAway, and it works better than anything else I've tried. The quality is very good and it's not very noticeable with the right settings.

The only down side is that it can crash if you're testing the settings and you don't have just the right value. Other than that, it's great!
