Hello, I have a Panasonic DVD Recorder (standalone TV one) and it uses DVD-RAM discs, I've been recording things onto them but I'm - obviously - unable to play the discs on any standard DVD player. So, I've been looking into DVD-Writers for my computer but if I got a DVD-Writer that could read DVD-RAM discs, would it be able to copy them seeing as the Panasonic Recorder doesn't have a "Finalize" or "Make Compatible" feature?? I don't want to spend the money only to find it doesn't work!
Thanks in advance

ANY recent Panasonic DVD player will play DVD-RAM. If you buy TMPGEnc DVD Author, you can easily make DVDs with the RAM disc on your computer RAM drive.

Your DVD-RAM discs are recorded in UDF Ver 2.01, and you need to make sure your computer is installed with a UDF reader or using either WinXP Pro or Win2003, otherwise your computer cannot read the content of the disc.
