Just burned a svcd and problem

I got that and burn it as a bin and cue with nero. cd 1 didnt have a cue file so i just used cd 2's and renamed it in notepad to load cd 1. it didnt seem to have a problem loading up to burn. but when I played it on my dvd player it started jumping (the picture). I burned it twice. you think its neros problem? this is the first time thats happened with a burned movie. what should i do?
