[b]Help With Nero Burning Rom Problem[/b]

G'day All,

Hoping someone can help out with this problem my daughter is having with Nero. We are both using Nero Burning Rom V6.0.0.11 and WinXP home. My Dell has an aftermarket Sony DRU510A and I havn't had a lick of problems burning my DVD's using this guide. http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/40/59/ On the other hand she has a new Dell with lot's of horsepower and is having problems burning even thought she's following the same directions as me. She has a Dell TEAC DVD+RW DV-W58E Burner.

Here's a jpeg of the error message given by Nero.

In the even that I scewed up with the pic I'll type the errors below.
