Yes but the MPEG-2,Nero Digital Audio and mp3PRO encoder is unlimited.
BTW...this works with Nero OEM that comes with your DVD writer.

Not to long ago, they released a preview of nero 6.6 Reloaded, before nero released the official one on their site. As I understand it, if you buy the magazine, it comes with a CD that has these types programs/offers.
