where can I find a MPEG tag/info editor?

I have looked around at Google and cant find a MPEG file description editor... I mean that I capture old VHS into MPEG-1/2 and when playing in Windows Media Player or similar player, I would like to see my personal info ... I would like to put the author, description, language, an other tags info in the MPEG file...

But I only found the abcAVI Tag Editor... Well, I think it could resolve my problem but create another one... Why would I capture in AVI format and then convert to MPEG if I can capture in MPEG directly???

I use DVD XPress USB device and have Ulead VideoStudio 7 in CD (never installed)...

Any software (free/shareware or paid one) can serve... the simpliest, the better... it is ONLY to edit the TAG/INFO of the file AFTER recorded, but complex/large softwares may be reported...

restream - though there is only so much you can add as mpeg doesnt have the same type of header info you would find in wmv for example

Thank you for answering, but it is not exactly what I look for... that a look:

"This program only works with MPEG2 elementary video-streams. If you've got
a system-stream (e.g. a multiplexed file) demultiplex first." As reported in restream website, I have to create an MPEG2 video stream only...

But I mainly create VCD (MPEG1) system streams...

Thanks anyway... I had never heard about restream before... I will download it for future purposes, if needed...

Any other software?
