I have three avi files that I want virtualdub to frame serve.
However if I simply load them into virtualdub then the audio gets out of sync. (I think because the video is slightly larger than the audio.)
Any how how do I frame server all three files in like a batch mode?

Like ZippyP. says you can open virtual dub as many time as you need. I have has as many as 12 virtual dubs opened up for frameserving to tmpgenc for batch encoding.
